New Delhi: India is soon expected to receive a refined policy for the exploitation of shale gas reserves. Confirming the details over the policy, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister M Veerappa Moily said, “A positive and forward looking shale gas policy will be shortly placed before the Union Cabinet.”
Adding further the minister opined that, in India robust potentials are witnessed in the shale gas segment and the decision over the proposed policy would be taken before the Cabinet for approval in couple of days.
