Indian oil Corporation (IOC), will begin commissioning of its long delayed Paradip refinery project worth Rs 34,500 crore. Initially, Paradip refinery was to be built by April 2012 but has faced delays because of law and order issues. Originally, the refinery was to cost Rs 29,777 crore but due to delays the cost has gone up to Rs 34,500 crore. The commissioning of the refinery will begin in the first quarter of 2015.
